Staff privacy information

OneRota is used by Darent Valley Hospital Emergency Department to provide the department rota and related staffing functions.

What authorised users can see

Approved department users can see names, staff groups or grades, rostered dates, shift times, bank status, any rota sickness marker and rota annotations needed to understand department staffing. Administrators and rota coordinators can also manage approved accounts and rota information.

Information kept private to you

Your personal work records and individual calendar connection are designed for your own account. Access is restricted by the role and account controls in OneRota.

Why the information is used

The information is used for rota planning, safe staffing, operational coordination and providing staff with their own rota and related records.

Where the information comes from

Rota information is supplied by the department from its existing rota workbooks. Account and personal-record information is created when approved users use OneRota.

Access and questions

Only approved accounts can enter the app. Access can be revoked when a member of staff leaves or no longer needs it. For access corrections, privacy questions or requests about your information, contact the rota coordinator or the Trust's Information Governance/Data Protection team.

The sign-in acknowledgement records that this information was shown and understood. It does not remove any data-protection rights or replace the Trust's responsibilities.
